Wassup yall. Thought I would begin a new thread to get us Alphakronik fans on same page.... @MonsterDrank wakey wakey, eggs and bakey.

I am always on search for purple and love love loved my Spacedawg from TGA. Ive seen Alphakronik on Attitude for years and never even clicked on their lineup. (I consider myself a strain nerd too) I have researched hundreds of hours and know my lineages and strains out there, and for one reason or another, never looked into them until now!!!!

Wow the decisions were hard, found their site looking to get Snodawg, and then saw all their other strains and was like a kid on xmas trying to figure out what I wanted. Then I saw their Collaboration line. damn. I literally want just about all their strains to tinker with. No room for any more....considering I am also doing a pheno hunt with TGA Killer grape, Cuvee, Locomotion, Jillybean, OG raskal White Urkle, GGG Pepe Le Dank, G13 PX2 G13 Double black Domina, GGG Breeders stash Le Montage #7 x mendobreath f2 and GGG Mendo breathUV x mendodawg.

This is what I ended up getting.

Alphakronik 2 packs of each

Tillamook Strawberry Gobbstopper x Bruce banner 5
Galactic Glue Gobbstopper x GG4
Rip city purps Gobbstopper x purple urkle
Gobbily goo Gobbstopper x blue magoo
Snozzwanger snozzberry x kimbo kush

Rip city purps and Gobbily goo are about 3 weeks into veg

Great idea!!
I am totally down. Idk why we didn't think of this sooner.
Currently I am running his Cheshire Kush and Snozzberry. The sole purpose of running these was to find a killer purple keeper pheno that I could add to my stable of proven genetics. The Cheshire Kush I really lucked out on. 8 females out of a ten pack of seeds. I didn't run an entire pack of Snozzberry however.. just popped a few and I ended up with 2 females.

Have run Snowdawg BX, Eisbaer, and Bandana, and Jackpot Royale in the past.

A great amount of the strains on the Alphakronik menu have genetics that include the Snowdawg genetics.. Snowdawg or Oregon Supersnowdog or just Supersnowdawg depending on who you are talking to.. is an old chemdog cross. It's phenomenal bud. It has lemon/lime citrus like terps.. a little piney.. and a hint a diesel to her.

Some say Chemdogs Snowdawg was crossed with bubble chemdawg, making the outcome [Super Skunk x Oregon Snow] x Bubble Chemdog.. That combo actually would make it SUPER SnowDog... which is why you hear it being referred to as that.

But for all intensive purposes, and to keep it simple, I just call it Snowdawg.

Alphakronik was/is as far as I know..friends with Subcool.. he obtained genetics from TGA and created Snowdawg BX.. I was an original seed tester for Snowdawg BX when it was first released.. and it was FIRE!!!

Snowdawg BX is Snowdawg x Spacedawg..
not to be confused (easily is) with TGA's Spacedawg which is simply Snowdawg x Spacequeen.

Snowdawg BX

The different phenos that would present themselves from the old Snowdawg BX plants I ran in the test thread presented themselves with unique but very aromatic smells and killer potency.Smells/Taste ranging from grapefruit/candy.. to lemon/lime dipped in butane.

One thing they all had in common however.. they were all fucking fire!

The Snowdawg genetics would show to be a staple in the Alpakronik gene pool for a few years to come and you could find Snowdawg in the lineage of most of his work.

It wasn't until recently however his menu seems to be expanding and changing to the point to where it is becoming more diverse..working with new crosses.. refining old things... always tweaking/improving.. and not everything will carry the Snowdawg genes..

Personally I am glad that is the case..I really like the newer more diverse menu with it's current offerings and strain choices. I personally believe that Alphakronik has one of the best menus so far with choices carrying into 2016... his list of new hybrids amazes me. I want to try them all. Particularly the new ones using his new Gobstopper male.

For now tho..I have his Cheshire Kush at day 25 of bloom. I am very excited about the Cheshire Kush..it is Las Vegas Purple Kush x Gobstopper.

Cheshire Cat always smiling.

Yep, I am familiar with all the lineage and such. Curious to why Sub says there will never be anymore spacedawg and think I remember reading his falling out with one of his guys was because they lost the snowdawg. I think the beef was with HNW.

Initially I discovered Alphakronik v=because i wanted a snodawg cross, then found all the urkle crosses. I am a sucker for grape dank. not so much purple bud, but that grape taste.

SNodawg crosses are next on my list

My fave tga Spacedawg was grape candy with old school haze smell. absolutely awesome. I grow alot of stuff and it waas first to impress me on that level in long time.other phenos were more towards citrus. super stoney too. alot of my veteran pothead friends were saying it was strongest in awhile. Unfortunately I lost it.

oh yeah so Im going after the urkle backcross with rip city and youre going after the LVPK bx!!!! should be fun!
Yea I think so.. to be honest.. besides my one lone experience with Jackpot Royale, the only other real "purps" I have ever had experience with running was the Double Purple Doja crosses from the older TGA genetics pool.. and those were far from being grape..

Jackpot had a grapey like profile to her.. my pheno was pretty candy like and had brilliant hues of blues, purple, and reds.. was a knockout gorgeous plant and one of the only ones I don't have photos of from back then.

I lost the cut shortly after I found the pheno.. so it wasn't meant to be or so I thought.. I have 2 ten packs of Jackpot Royale in my collection now. I just haven't gotten to them.

I was talking to Jay.. Mr Alphakronik.. quite regularly.. and when he dropped the new line a few months ago.. I saw the lineage for the Cheshire Kush and immediately wanted it. I drove from work to the post office and shoved my order in an envelope and got those beans ordered the same day.

They weren't in my hands 5 minutes before I had the pack ripped open and some Kleenex Viva papertowels ready to go. Soaked em all!

Just the other day I took cuttings of all 8 females.. being that I am only at day 25 of bloom it is hard to tell which is the keeper yet... but this way I am covered. I am pretty sure I have it narrowed down to 2 plants that look really special. But it's hard to say.. a lot can happen in the next few weeks.

I had a beastly yielding Spacedawg that I really liked too..

She's gone tho.. couldn't keep her. But.. a friend of mine has a pheno of his own running here locally.. I just never got to run his cut.. might try it sometime.

I hear ya. I germ the same way and get just as excited to get new crosses. Ive ben doing this for a while too. One of the few things that still gets me excited!!!

When I was researching all the crosses I read alot about Jackpot royale. Surprised they discontinued it. At least rework it into a 2.0 or something. That name alone, and all the great reports out there, it was starting to gain traction and sell alot.

I cant believe I never looked into Alphakronik more until now. i literally am familiar with most of breeders that hit attitude or have any reputation. AK slips under the radar and deserves more attention, from what i can tell. Not alot of stuff out there on him.

Well the Internet presence and the Medical presence are totally different and don't cross paths much.

He is in a Med State, is a Med breeder, and associates with a lot of folk in that type/line of work and distribution. If you look at his seed catalog he focuses a lot on the medical benefits of his work.

As far as his Internet presence is concerned...I also wish he was more involved/active on forums and published grow logs and strain reports. test data.. stuff like that.. but its rare any of these breeders do stuff like that these days.

I also am naive to what it is or like to be in his shoes.. so I don't try to think to much into it.

I just am grateful that I can get my hands on the genetics and have made friends with the guy. He's really pretty cool and laid back. Has gifted me a shitload of packs in the past.

I would love to run his Gobbilygoo, his Madhatter, and more Jackpot Royale.

But if I find a great Cheshire Kush.. I might hold off on running Gobstopper or LVPK crosses. I really only need one good Purple and then I'm satisfied.. my little strain collection/library here is getting pretty stocked up.. can only keep and run so many.. I have to remind myself that all the time. My seed collection is pretty massive.. but I can't stop buying more seeds. LOL.

Anyone grown Alphadawg ?
Alphadawg was really good.. there was an Omegadawg as well.. but general opinion from everyone I knew was that the Alphadawg was better.. my friend said that his smelled like a bunch of household chemicals from under the kitchen sink.

I have 5 Jackpot Royale seeds that a buddy gave me years ago. Never considered popping them until now. Worthwhile I take it..?
More than worthwhile.. if you find that LVPK pheno you are going to love it.
I found it with only germinating one single seed. Others I know who ran Jackpot never ran the whole pack.. just a few seeds here and there.. there was only one other person I know that had pheno that leaned strong to the LVPK.. but he loved his plant as well.

Last time Jay made Jackpot Royale seeds he said it was the last time.. so I bought 2 packs of those and I also snatched some Las Vegas Purple Kush BX.. and Sin City Kush 2. I really wanted that Jackpot Royale pheno back in my garden so I picked up a bunch of his "Purps" to try to find something either identical or similar.

With this Cheshire Kush.. I at now at day 26...and I can already tell that I have a couple plants that are really leaning hard to the LVPK... two of the plants have leaves that are fading to a deep dark purple. So I guess I am winning! hahahaa.

Usually I am not a purple weed kind of guy. I find most purple strains to taste like shit. I don't like the typical earthy, microbiological type smells... I don't like the slow veg that most purples put you through... I don't enjoy growing them at all.. but these aren't like that.. with the exception of the Veg time.. they aren't too slow.. just aren't as quick as a typical sativa. But the taste and smell of these Alphakronik Purps.. OMFG.. unbelievable!!!!
