Temp and RH for drying

I have only one place to dry my first harvest, in the basement. The temp is about 74f and the humidity is 37%.. Is this going to be ok? Again this is my first time so your input is appreciated..

a small fan will prevent mold and help dry, but its gonna smell. yum.

So is it safe to assume the fan should'nt be directed at the bud?.

How long should I let it dry in these conditions??

about 4 days imo

if you live somewhere with a basement, like you do, i hear it's perfect for drying if you keep a fan on it.
