Temp is perfect. Humdity low. What now?

In a magazine article I have used as a reference for drying and curing it says 70 fahrenheit and 50% humidity is perfect for a drying room. I have a space heater attached to a thermostat I built from a home heating one that keeps my drying room almost perfectly at 70 degrees at the level of the hanging plants. However my humidity is around 33-35%. The article says seven days in the suggested range until jar curing them. Since my humidity is lower than ideal should I jar them up a couple days earlier?
thanks

My last harvest I had the same exact conditions. On the third day I put the buds in a
paper bag for 24 hours to slow it down a bit, then into the jars.
