Tempature Question to help get rid of AC

Really noob question. But maybe trying to get ready to take the AC down for the winter and I wanna know if my crops will still grow within the conditions I give them. And based from research I've seen, plants want to be ideally 20-25 degrees, and 25-35 degrees with CO2 but you'd want those more efficient lights, which I'm also looking to invest in T5 as they're cheap and effective for stealth growing.
I can't say for humidity levels, at the moment I'm trying to keep it under 55% for flowering phase. However I will still be flowering in October/November before I reach harvest, the AC will need to be taken down and heat problems could become a thing.

Information on grow space:
2x4 feet tent, running 12-18 CFL bulbs they get hot in a enclosed tent without ventilation, 4inch inline 240CMF, with carbon filter, some fans which moves the air around and no hot spots.
Currently using an AC unit to keep the air around the tent under 20 degrees, and the tent is running 23 degrees WITH AC UNIT.

So I'd like to get rid of my AC for the winter,
Can I run my tent between 23-28 degrees and without CO2???
And if the temp is 25-32 degrees will I still need CO2 or where is the line before CO2 is needed to be in the tent and cut ventilation?

Due to budget, I can't add CO2 tanks or anything, just a DIY CO2 generator with Sugar/Yeast and do it on a larger scale (12+L Jugs) which should provide the right air PPM.

unsure if the temp actually gets higher, but if it does it's about within +5 degrees more, ventilation on, negative pressure, no ventilation to outdoors from tent, just cicles with the air in a large room (150SQ FT).
