[Tent Heat Issues] Help me please, first time grower with a heat issue.

Hi.

I live in a apartment in washington and I got the ok to grow legal but only enough for myself not a lot
anyway I have a huge issue I bought all the stuff but when I set it up its way too hot in there and I cant even stand in the tent.
So please help me i beg you so i can start

I have a 4x4x7 tent pretty big - 2 6in holes on each side, 1 6in hole on top, 3 passive flaps on bottom, 3in hole on bottom left side, 3in hole on back top, and 2 circle holes for wires.
I have 2 air cooled hoods 2 400w hps/mh
1 little circ fan
4 3gal pots
1 6in inline w/ 1 carbon scrubber
2 240cfm duct booster fans

how can I set up this with stable temps to grow?

Idk lol but if you think your having troubles now what are you gonna do in summer?
I'm sure happy your not somewhere that it actually gets hot.. you never mentioned temps. Temp of air going in and temp of the cab...where are you evacuating the hot air? Temps are a simple fix.. add more airflow...if air is moving so rapidly that it wicks moisture and causes wind burn on your leaves you should check humidity. If humidity is high and your getting wind burn and your temps are too high(mid 80's) then you need to redesign your grow

Hang carbon filter up higb to get hot air. Connect carbon filter to light a, connect light a to light b and light b to blower (sucking) and blow air out of tent up high. Passive intakes low open rest shut.

What are your temps?

I also run a grow tent and I am kind of thinking you have way to much power.

I also live in an apartment and have a smaller grow tent (4x2), I have a 600w but I can't run it at 600w because it gets so hot, so I run it at 75% power which is 450watts, that way my tent temps stay around 78-83F, and I run my lights at night 8pm-8am.

Also give us an idea of how you are cooling your system?

I used to run a 600 watt cool tube in a 20x26" stacked Rubbermaid tote....there are no real excuses for this..at all

what kind of lights, do you have ballasts in tent? As snaps suggested Filter ducted to hood 1 to hood 2 to fan pushing hot air out top and filter should be at top of tent. Passive should be fine but as pointed out ambient temps will be what dictates your tent temps. For example if your tent is in your room and your pulling hot air out of tent into your room but not bringing in cooler air from some place all your doing is recirculating the warm air. Going to need to get some fresh air and run AC to bring down temps. Your tent will always be "X" many degrees warmer than the room it is in.
