Thailand landrace X Kali Mist grow

So I just started a new grow and the seeds are starting to sprout. I'm growing an heirloom Thailand strain, Kali Mist, and a Karamelo. I'm Veging under a 125 watt 6400k clf and will be flowering under my custom Apollo 10. As for fertilizer I don't know need to make some $$ but I think imaging to give fox farms a try they have a decent starter kit for around 150 on amazon. it will be a soil grow, currently I'm using a organic miracle grow its all i have but will be getting fox farms ocean forest for when i transplant them. I don't know what I'm going to do with this grow. I'm thinking of having this be a seed grow, never done one before but seeds are expensive... so might be worth sacrificing one crop for a bunch of seeds.
If anyone has advice on what to look for in male plants or on best method of getting the most seeds it would be much appreciated. ill get some pics up once i find my camera and the plants start to get going.

kali mist can be grown indoors to great effect but i would imagine you will have problems with the thai sativa, even if you start the seeds on 12/12 i would imagine they will outgrow your space eventually. also keeping plants healthy for long flowering times can be difficult in soil mixes that haven't been amended for the strain.

if growing indoors i would go for more hybrid sativas that make life a lot easier.

I'm aware that the thai will grow a lot but the seeds were free so, might as well get some use out of them, I've grown Kali Mist a few times so not to worried about it. I figure ill just top and bonsai the crap out of the Thai and see how it goes. thanks for the advice ghb much appreciated. I'm more worried about the Karamelo (indic a dom) not competing well with the sativas in the same room.

i always find a pot turned upside down gives the runts a boost in regards to catching a few rays lol, i know what you mean.
at least the indica will give you some product while you wait for the thai to finish

so I just checked on my plants and one of the Kali mists looks like it sprouted two shoots, has anyone had this happen before? I'll post some pics of it... as soon as I can find my camera.

I got a 4" inline fan from a friend, problem is its meant to be used in a boat and connected to a battery (DC current). does anyone have any advice on how to convert it to ac? The fan is 12v at 5 amps, i have no electrical experience and all of the converters i was looking at seemed to be meant for cigarette lighter.

Buy a used one, 5 amps for a 4" doesnt sound right.
Wouldnt spend more then 40$ for a 4"
