THC content vs. Cannabinoid content

I'm looking at attitude seed co and I'm seeing some descriptions that say, for example, cannabinoid level of 1.9% and thc content of 11%. What effect do these have on me getting locked into my couch?

And why are there so many god damn strains? It makes it hard to narrow this shit down to one so that I can grow it in a closet and get most bang for my effort!

as a pain patient i interested in canna boids and as a stoner i interested in thc. Rofl. Cannaboids interact wit the thc to give it a more sedative affect i think. I real col reading on the net, justgoogle away. They also are a nice analogie to the thc's pschoactive affect makign it more chill in a god way! As i understand it the more of both is better. I a nub too and i bet the strain u want is Northern light! Lol, that seems to me to be the all aorund just best if you confuse, it rocks. Also i looking at white widow/white rhino strain and any kush form what i have heard. I am tyring to buy seeds today and just found out nirvanna wont ship to ca right now.

The higher the CBN the more you will get stoned.

CBNs are responsible for munchies, couchlock, a more sleepy feeling. In some cases in which the CBN is extremely high, like schwag commercial weed not grown properly it is responsible for the headaches you get.

Strains with a higher % of CBN are good for alot of medical patients who may need to increase their appetite, have insomnia or anxiety, muscle spasms, or need pain relief.

Most Indica strains have a higher percentage of CBNs than Sativa strains.

I grow for the medical stuff. Indicas are the answer for me. I do not like my head all fucked up where I walk in circles. Even though it can be fun sometimes. I am an intense thinker by nature so Sativas tend to send me over the edge sometimes. GreenHouse seems to be the only ones that post the CBN contents of some of their strains. But what ever makes you happy. I have seen in the Cali dispensires where they ask you what you are looking for and then they help you pick your medicine. I have heard that if you tend to get paranoid, stay the hell away from any kind of hazes
