Nothing wrong with a basement

Basements are cold and damp usually and the enviroment is key to a good crop. Basements can be used but they are harder to control moisture and temps. That is why I believe people steer away from them. Not to mention pests!

The basement could be a plus in the summer, as basements are usually cooler. I can think of alot of benefits growing in a basement. Easier to vent too.

In the winter my basement humidity never goes above 30%....real easy to grow dense thick buds with almost zero risk of mold or mildew.
I use a small space heater to keep temps from getting too low during dark cycle....
In the summer I have to work the dehumidifier constantly.
I have two rooms also.
