The heavies bloom enhancer?

I've been given a sachet of a product called the heavies pk additive 0-40-2.3 to used in the last 3 weeks of flowering.

I don't normally bother with anything like this but I'm told categorically it'll improve the yeilds/quality.
Anyone tried it, good, bad neutral results I'd like to hear?

I was hoping to find it here, one person saying it doesn't quite qualify but if a number of people have used it with positive results that means considerably more lol
