The Main-Lining Thread

Switched over to 12/12 tonight, let the final countdown begin!

Question: When mainlining, do you go right into 12/12 from either 18/6 or 24/0, or do you gradually extend your dark cycle till you're at 12/12?

I have been jumping right to 12/12 myself, I've researched and most people say it doesn't hurt to go right to 12/12, thoughts?
Always went to 12/12 abruptly, never tried to ease in to it to see if there are any benefits.

Okay, WTF is this?

I have these on all of my plants. They're white to amber in color. Shiny coat. Easy to pick off and they crumble into a dry powder when you squeeze them.

They're on upper fan leaf stems, very few in all... but I can't find anything on the forums.

Thanks!

Chillok it looks great!
What strain?
It's a Super Silver Haze & Neville's Haze cross from Ministry of Cannabis, I got a good deal on 10 seeds. I only popped two, just happened one leaned indica but wow she's a beauty and smells amazing. I expect the one still finishing to pack it on.

I saw Lowe's was carrying 33" galvanized tomato cages, a nice size for smaller pots which I'm running next. For $2 each I decided to grab a few.

I arrived yesterday afternoon to see a bunch of happy Christmas tree shoppers. Finally spotting the damn things, I stood there wondering how would it look if I asked for forklift help in getting these things down? "Tomato cages in December huh?"

With so many "normal" people running around, I decided to wait till less crowded. I had to sneak a pic to enjoy the irony though..

Sounds like a nice cross of Haziness!

Nothing wrong with sales prices and stocking up for the spring I say. Not sure anyone would really notice with their single minded drive to buy Xmas crap.
The other peeps around would be the theives looking to jack expensive electronics, and they arent looking for tomato cages lol.

So should there be much difference? I see nugs is flowering outside compared to me flowering inside. With only two plants under a 1000w hps as far as yeild wise how should i compare? Btw strain is Critical Sensi Star

Day 17 of flower with this Go Time strain by Jinxproof. Good thing I got a tall space!

I did my last defoliation last night, and I'm hoping to see these girls fatten up after this prestretch phase is over in the next few days.

I also kept a lot of my central growth after the first two defoliations. Anyone that didn't look like it would be larfy got to stay for the party. This decision was made when one of my 5 beans grew to be a boy... sure wish I had the space to grow him out for pollen and knock one of these colas up, but oh well... hoping to get more beans from TGA soon.

FYI 9 lb Hammer is going to be out mid-January! Can't wait to get my hands on that strain!

Happy Friday everyone!

I think hands down optimal growth conditions between outdoor and indoor grows of the same strain will produce higher yields in natural sunlight.

We cannot replicate the sun no matter how hard we try.

Don't get me wrong, I prefer the taste of great indoor grown flowers more and have found that this mainlining/manifolding technique and some personal tweaking of the techniques is the best method I've found so far for my grow conditions.

Enough light will get to the center to make that worth while I think
