The Multi Flow system from greentrees hydro

Hi I was woundering if anyone has the multi flow system from greentrees hydroponics.com that is the system i'm useing and I would like to know how many times a day I should flood it ? please help thanks

Is that the one with the blue 3 gallon round buckets in series? If you have them filled with growrocks, then a flooding every 3-4 hours should work well enough.
