You've held zerohedge in contempt before, but since the site deals with financial concerns and how news affects them it's not be surprising as you have a history of denigrating that which you don't understand.

You remember crowdstrike, right? They were the ones that said that Sony had been hacked by N. Korea (courtesy of Comey's FBI, and they couldn't be wrong, could they?) when it turned out Norse had a different take:

I would love to get a quarter at 500. That would mean a half would be around a grand. The butcher I fuck with is really good and gets a decent amount of meat off the cow. I do prefer bone in cuts. I wonder if that makes a difference. I have tried a cheaper butcher but his cuts were raggedy and I felt cheated. Shit like getting a brisket without the point or not getting at least 80-100 pounds of ground. The guy actually tried to give me only 50 pounds of ground on a half cow. WTF. Wrong man to fuck with !!!!!

been meat cutting for years, one thing that has stuck true to what i have seen is the people that are cheaper than everyone else usually are not too experienced or jacking meat. Always want a very experienced butcher cutting your meat. bad cutters and bad knives will ruin your meat.

ever thought of learning yourself?

Never have thought of doing it myself. I would be the one to waste a lot of meat and eating a lot of fucking stew instead of steaks.
In short I would be a hack man.
