Paul Ryan recently tweeted that he doesn't pay attention to things that do not concern him, namely things related to President Trump. Uhhh...if you check the U.S. Constitution, it clearly says that Congress holds a check on the executive branch's power.

Nevermind that.

Paul Ryan informed Republican colleagues duriing the 2016 campaign season that he believed Trump was on Putin's payroll. The link above spells it out.
