The General....

Currently running a RDWC system with a 600w lumatek ballast and a hortilux bulb. The hoods may change from the Raptor6 (current) to the cool tube or to even a basic air cooled reflector. I may also switch out and/or add a 1000w ballast + bulb. The 600w and 1000w will always be running different spectrums (MH & HPS) The water pump is around 800 gph and the air pump is an 8 outlet commercial pump (w/ large cylinder air stones). There is an inline 3/4" water filter connected a few feet before the water pump.

The RDWC itself is a DIY with (4) 27gal totes, (1) remote Tidy Cats reservoir, 1" bulkheads, 1" flexible hose, "1 T's & Elbows, 3/4" to 1" barbed to barbed reducer (x2), and some 3/4" hose and a 3/4" elbow. Can't forget the inline water filter 3/4". Aquarium sealant NEEDED... Sigh.

STRAINS~! (all from Attitude seedbank)
Cole Train
Green Crack
Sharksbreath
Silver Kush

The nutrients being used are;
Dutchmaster Flower A+B
Dutchmaster Silica
Cal-Mag
Rapid Start (root booster)
Hydroguard / or Dutchmaster Zone if the hydroguard fails.

Foliars;
Cal-Mag (as needed)
Neem Oil
Liquid Lady Bug

Ph drifts 5.0 - 6.0
Air temps are 68-80
Res temps are 65-73
Humidity (usually) 40% +/-

Environmentally its not flawless or tuned in yet but it's my basement room after all... PS: The 3 vertical studs on the flat will be used to make a cheap "wall" to light proof the room so I can veg on the other side for a constant rotation. That's the goal for the end of this thread. Below are some pictures of the girls before they were put into the RDWC and pictures of the RDWC as of recent.

Any questions? Comments? Etc.
PSS; This is a LEGAL grow~

Haha I know anything goes here. I just encourage anyone that can go legal to do so. The stronger community we have (legally) the louder the voice we have. Publicly announcing legal status raises awareness too. I am not only a grower but I practice community activism as well. Without it we would not be at this level of progression today.

We are better people and likely better growers than the immature folks you spoke of. I don't deal with those type of people nor will I. I stay in the DWC forum where it is nice and safe. I get the occassional likes and responses. I keep it friendly. We could use some more friends in here guys. Cmon someone comment on something! bongsmilie

you know I'll be around buddy. I stick mainly to dissent because I get into less shit there. I see a power hooking thread and my blood boils . I pay my bill and in the summer it's sometimes 7 bills. What keeps me from hooking? Morals. And I know you have those too, probably more than I.

HEY FIRSTTIME how often do you add your hydroguard? I know beneficial bacteria normally lasts 3-5 days right? I have not had a single brown spot since Ive ran it. Totally beats Dutchmaster Zone~!~

Oh now I'm a bully and you aren't gonna talk to me anymore??
haha jk and adding two cents. I'm using flying skull z7 and you talk about nice roots.
It's an enzyme water conditioner. Comes in two part and will run you like 70 dollars for both quarts and is very concentrated, very.
I was a dumbass and tried hygrozyme and that stuff I just don't know. It formed this hard plastic like shell on my airstone, nearly covered the whole thing, plus it's nasty brown where the Z7 is clear so it won't stain roots, exactly the opposite, keeps them nice and white. I'm kinda weird about putting bacterias and fungi in my res for some reason but it obviously works . I'm not sure of any benefit other than not giving the bad bacteria a place to hang out in hydro. Of course we all know that in soil that isn't the case and it serves more of a purpose.
The Z7 works pretty well and is probably more cost affective than a wettable or liquid beneficial bacteria mainly because it's so concentrated. the directions are like 2 cc per gallon or something ridiculous like that..
Was just looking at the webpage and it mentions bacteria but also mentions antibiotics and talks about strep throat and shit :/
I think it may sterilize , I don't know what it does I just buy it and use it. Gonna pull a lid tonite and get a shot of the roots since last night I moved one and got a look at them. My roots have never looked better.

I put it in with res top offs which is every 5-7 days. I pour it over the top of the medium so it trickles down and covers all the roots and drips down them into the res.

I'm seeing some crazy root growth. 6inch net pot entire bottom and up the sides a little has roots coming out. So far they are staying white. I need to get a more powerful airpump though. I like to keep 10LPM in the buckets and the one im using is a cheapo active aqua 4 outlet shit.

was like spring here today, hop a plane and hit the course!
Some nice courses in CO. Wasn't bad today. Was like 40.

These guys at work went outside of Denver for Quickpen training (estimating software for duct and pipe). Said they went into Denver and had Alligator, moose, kangaroo. Sounded good.

That doesn't sound that good to me for some reason :/
I'd have been looking for a rec shop myself or actually I'd probably hit craigs being the gangsta criminal bully I am, fuck they tax. Just kidding of course, paying taxes on things you're normally taxed on I believe in paying.
*puffs up lil chest*
Inside joke if you didn't see the thread.
