What brand ballast was it? Under warranty?

Thats whack. My Phantom been running strong for 3 years. Has 5 year warranty so I expect it to die 5 years 1 day lol. Usually how it works for me.

hey boys.
The shithawks have me throttled and it took like 10 minutes to get into this thread.
Just wanted to say hey friendlies. I notice the shithawks have been telling people to kill themselves. This day and age you are held responsible if you encourage someone to kill themselves and they do it. Not real bright those shithawks.
I suspect they're afraid of the truth is why I'm throttled but it's given me more time to work on the grow.

Alright, maybe my ballast isnt dead? I left her alone for a day and plugged her into a different outlet on a different circuit and she fired up. Running with dehumifiders that I use to water my TLO garden with. I need a Boogie Blue water filter but I can't afford it ATM. But once I have money things around here are gon' change! I was going to clean out my rdwc (veg side with camo buckets) but friends asked me to disc golf. Cant refuse that!

My xtrasun 6" doesn't like my Ushio MH

I went through two ballasts until I realized it was the reflector. The bulb wouldn't sit right in the mogul socket.

Disc golf seems fun. I like regular golf.

I spent the day digging clams and quahogs. Cleaned house.

A quick update I suppose. Hydro plant has made a come back from some of the deficiency it had (cal-mag I believe). Here are some pictures of the soil plants in a group shot and I included a few labels in with the pictures too so you can see the strains. They are all sharing a 600w light... Its not my ideal situation but I cant afford much else atm. Itll be a quick flower Im hoping. I'm jealous of @firsttimeARE 's blockbuster =( I need one of those right now haha.

Hi V, I just read your thread. Your plants were looking great in the aero set-up.

Good luck with the soil.
Thank you! My hydro game is currently on hold till my GSC/Kosher Tangie seeds get a little bigger and I can afford a water chiller. My soil game is also sub-par because I can't generate enough quality water to keep the water pump on a timer. =/ Regardless things will change when I can afford to fix shit.

I want a Boogie Blue Filter for TLO water
I want a water chiller for my flower RDWC (scrog installs soon). Than it's on!
I like the aero-setup because it isnt picky about having TLO quality water and the lighting above doesnt heat the res temp too high. And when it does I can simply dump it and start over. I can't dump and start off with my massive RDWC... Not nutrient friendly. I could go back to single DWC's I suppose till my money comes in.

Alright I need some input from you guys. I hold your opinions in a higher regard than most other members on this site. So I have been having funky nutrient issues that I had never ran into in the past. I feel like my growing has gone backwards in progression due to the older equipment and lack of income to put into my growing hobby. Anyways, Well I think it is because my TDS meter is 4-5 years old. Never replaced probe and the manual said that the probe did NOT need to remain wet. Its the HM Digital COM-100 (EC/TDS/TEMP). I tested this meter with a BLUELAB 2.77 EC solution. So as far as I am concerned... a bluelab solution is 2.77 EC regardless what meter you read it off of because it is in EC correct? Well my HM Digital meter reads 3.0 EC instead of 2.77EC. Can I just take my res readings and subtract .33 EC from the meter reading to get my actual EC?

If not, does anyone have a ML/gal formula for Dyna-Grow/Bloom, Mag-Pro, KLN recipes?

Or does anyone have a nutrient schedule setup already that I might be able to use as a guideline?

Yeah you could definitely do that. Its reading everything .33EC higher so 1.83EC on your meter would really be 1.5EC.

Thats what i'd do.

So pissed off right now man. I kept procrastinating putting a screen over the Stinkbomb and it was dwarfing over the other plant that was screened. So I made the mistake of trying to put a screen on when it was like 12-18" above screen. Bunch of branches snapped in half. Lost like 70% of my growth/branching and the plant looks like fucking shit. Im only 12 days into 12/12 so hopefully it will put off more growth and bush out again. I'm fucking livid.

Hindsight says I should have just put the scrogged plant on a crate to keep it at the Stinkbombs level and forgone trying to scrog the Stinkbomb. Easily halved my yield with this fucking stunt. Lost a lot of thick branching that didn't wanna bend, just snap. Thick branching that could have supported some great colossal nugs, guess i'll never know. I totally lost my shit on a door after seeing what I had done.

In preparation for summer I will need to be disconnecting my RDWC system because of the lack of means to cool my reservoir temperatures. So! I will be cutting the tubing between the totes and making a larger DWC system with a single 27gal tote with a SCROG ontop. This will be my main grow and will not have a control bucket or anything fancy. Just a good old DWC with soil plants around her.

I'd say I would help and put a ml/gal and tell you how much ppm it rises but all I have is Mag-pro and Foliage pro.

Truncheon is still not being used. $50 i'll deliver.
