trying to stop this from spreading. Too much nutes? Went from 4-4-4 to 8-8-8 organic fed with water. Been giving it just filtered water now. Also got real warm in the box for about 3 days. 88-90F. I'm scared it's going to keep yellowing out. I just switched my light hour schedule so they come on from dusk till noon. Cooler hours of the day/night. Light off during hottest Point in the day. This is my test plant. Bag seed. I have blue dream growing next to it. Only 2 weeks on her. Help!!!

Ok I watered today. I'll let it dry out more than I've been letting it. Probably watering almost every 3 days.

Heres a link to my actual growing thread. https://www.rollitup.org/t/1st-cfl-bag-seed-of-some-skunky-bud-female.937566/page-2#post-13467485

the nutes were from home depot. forget the name but its for veg growth for plants and veggies. all organic. 2-2-2 per liter of water. my soil is MG...i know...the cacti blend which contains a slightly different mixture than the normal MG soil. has some sand in it, perlite (spelling?), ect. lights are CFL. 4 5500K 60w. and 2 6500k 25w.

That may be your problem MG soil and hardware store nutes are the worst thing you can give your cannabis plant, do you have a nursery or hydro store where you live if not get on amazon and order some happy frog or Fox Farm soil and get some good nutes they also need to be in bigger pots perferbly a cloth pot. If you get a good soil and add some worm castings kelp meal and tomato tone to it all you will have to do is water them every 3 or 4 days and talk to them. My plants are 70 days old and in flower and have gotten nothing but water. IMG_1170.JPG IMG_1198.JPG

If I can step away from nutes I would but I heard using them boost yield. I have bigger pots for them when it's time to transfer. I didn't want a tiny plant in a big pot and really cause over watering issues. How much is the soil on amazon? And would a cloth pot be more prone to mold? I'm also trying to watch my pennies. Soil is something I will need when I move to bigger pots so that's a must.

A 5 gal smart pot will cost you about 6 bucks, and absolutely not will it cause mold its probably one of the best pots to grow in if using coco or soil, dig through 10 grow journals of soil grow and bet 9 out of 10 are using them myself included, i started my seedlings straight from solo cup to 5 gal pots, transplanted about a week before swithcing to 12/12 into the 10gal and transplanting from them is extremly easy. These pots air prune your root system thus making them grow healthier more sustainable root balls as well as allowing for excellent drainage.

oh and miracle grow soil is loaded with fertilizer so adding more just increases your problem, im guessing the ph of your soil is way to high and you are experiencing lock out. proper ph needs to be between 6.5 and 7 in dirt

Ok. I'll look into the soil and pots. Thanks a bunch!! As for now I'll just be giving it filtered water. When the soil is prettt dry of course. That's how it's gonna have to be until I order and receive everything. I have to go with 3gal containers due to height space.
