I posted a thread with a few questions on my grow already, but i scraped my old idea and got high and thought of a new one.
mkay, so this is my first grow. No pussying out this time. First i guess ill tell you a little about myself. I am 35 and i love weed. This will be my first actual grow, in my early teens i tried to do it in this little room in my basement. Even know my parents never went down there, id always get spooked, and get rid of all the plants and lights. Even know the plants were only 10 inches tall, that was dumb of me.
Also, weed in the 70s had a way less THC content than it does now. The weed back then had low enough amounts to have a relaxing effect, todays weed is killer compared to that, as much as 6 times thc content, which makes it more of a sedative effect. I dont really want to grow with no fertilizer other than what i have to. True, the seeds i got most likely came from a strain with high thc, i dont care though, i want to just use the fertilizer listed below.
Let me first explain where and how i intend to grow, and yall can help me fix problems or criticize, dont care, post away, i dont care if you post a reply, i know that some people do though.
The room-The room has a constant temperature of about 75-80 degrees. The size of the room im growing in is around 4 feet tall, it is 2 feet across, and is about 1 1/2 "deep" if you understand what i mean by "deep". Its about the same size as one of those mini fridges, not the ones that are 12 inches tall, but the ones that are in campers and in Rvs. I will be cutting 2 holes in the top, on on each side, 3 inches in diamater. One will have a DIY carbon filter, the other will have a fan of some sort, and will have a tube running to the bottom which i will attach to a 10 inch box fan to blow the fresh air around and bad air out. I CANNOT put the intakes any other place in the box, the room is in a "corner" and all sides of the box have a wall behind them exept the front and the top. I will also consider later on putting in an air purifier by the room somewhere.
Power-For now its an extension cord, i will be hooking up a powerstrip as soon as im ableto go to wallyworld.
Lighting-If you read my other posts, youll know that i was originally going to put a 2 foot fluoroscents in each corner, but i will only be using 2 for vegging. I will also be using 2 CFLs to veg, is this sufficient? 6 plants.
Almost forgot, im growing bagseed. 3 differant types. some are from some really dense buds i got, the second, from my friend who had a few in his weed and he gave them to me, and 3rd, some seeds i got from realllllllly good weed, my conect said it was northern lights, cant be too sure though. planting 2 of each, breeding, then using those seeds untill i decide to get some online.
