My buddy and I drove out Cali when we were 20 via New Orleans lol. Part of Dallas was a dry county then.

Yeah texas still has dry counties some places... it's crazy. Still, i'd prefer to live in a country that at least let the local area decide on cannabis than to have people from other areas decide for you.. at least you as an individual have an outside shot of affecting your local community.
