"When you are encountered by a white officer make sure that you are in a public place, and comply to all of their commands, because they are looking for a reason to kill a black man," wrote officer Freddie Vincent.

A black Cincinnati police officer is under investigation by his department for a Facebook post that essentially delivers what is commonly known in the Black community as “the talk.”

In the since-deleted post, officer Freddie Vincent urged friends and family to comply with the demands of White officers if stopped “because they are looking for a reason to kill a Black man,” reports Cincinnati.

The post came after the recent police-involved shooting deaths of two Black men – Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Philando Castile in Falcon Heights, Minnesota – writes the news outlet:

Yep it has made world wide news now…A message to all my Afro America friends and family. When you are encountered by a white officer make sure that you are in a public place, and comply to all of their commands, because they are looking for a reason to kill a black man,” read the post by Officer Freddie Vincent that has since been deleted. “And always keep your hands in the air, and never resist. I’m so tired of cops using these famous words ‘I was in fear of my life.’ I’m praying for Louisiana that could have been my nephew in B.R.”

Cincinnati Police Chief Eliot Isaac said in a statement Thursday that the post is under review as it relates to the department’s “social media procedure and our rules and regulations,” the report says.

Keep up the good work, digging up these stories.

You're painting a picture of the truth, the one that doesn't get reported by the Big Six Who Decide What We Hear.

It's a picture of the runaway lack of accountability at all levels of government from street cop to presidential candidate.

And the credibility of a dope growing forum to go with it.

Maybe turn the heat up and post like 5 of these a day. That'll fix shit quick.

Dude youre a hideous piece of shit. Your posts, your 'vile ideas' , your appalling cowardice and stupidity are all the product of toxic ignorance.
I'm a great fucking guy, loved by all who know me. Generous to a fault and a pillar of my community. I've got more friends than you have firing synapses.

The fact you think it's a "vile idea" to not physically resist police officers, tells me you're in need of a well deserved billy club beat down.
