Unsterilized soil. Or did you mean the pale looking Cannabis sprout? Looks like the embryo membrane is stuck on the cots. If so, you should probably pull it off.

I was wondering why there is no cotyledons or leafs, gonna check to see if it's stuck like you said. My other babies are doing great

Look at it with a magnifying glass if you have one. It looks like the membrane is wrapped around the middle part of the top, unless that's some kind of goo. You'll need a needle or tweezers to pick it off with if it's the membrane.

Good idea ima give that a shot, if I don't see any growth in a couple days Ill just pull it out
