M Meast21 Well-Known Member May 30, 2021 #1 I want less hard water for my skin and my current ppm out of the faucet is 160ppm. If I get a water system in my house what does that exactly do and will the plants like it better or not? I grow in DWC.

redi jedi Well-Known Member May 30, 2021 #2 160 isnt that bad. You could install a water softner but might be trading hardness for chloride
