you may think of that as polite and reasonable, but the rest feel those kinds of signs are uncivilized.

So, if you were going to exclude somebody from your property, say a person who wasn't wearing shores or a shirt, how would you notice them ?

No. I am making a comparison of ways to notice a person of the intended use of your property, regardless of the reason.

You and I might disagree with how a person, especially a racist, chooses to use their property, but we could agree that it is polite and reasonable to give people advance notice of the property owners intentions. Signs are a good way to notice people in general too.
