heck I think your plan is fine, I limit extremely as much as possible the company who comes over. I wouldn't grow if I rented, and like you said out of site out of mind....

Thats chill, but i agree w the dude who said 'its kind of sketch in front of a door'.. i mean, if i was in your home, that would be the first thing i asked you, 'yo whats behind that door?' .. do the flag idea or you could easily get a bigger piece of furniture to entirely block the doorway, and have a gap in the back inch or so before the panel, so you could push it up against the door and have it flush with the wall ... encasing the door/trim..

Like I said, there has always been somethin in front of the door. Nobody a has ever asked. If they do I would just say it's a small closet that I dont use and I need the wall space. If I am facing my computer, directly behind me is another closet that I do use so there ya go. I barely have any company. My landlord JUST did the yearly inspection. And they always give me 48 hrs notice if they do. Since I work at home they know they have to set an appointment. The $301 is totally worth peace of mind. It's all good but thanks for the ideas folks!
