Three mature plants.

I have a question. Does a male plant in flower count as one of your three plants in flower under Amendment 64?

A male plant in flower is a mature marijuana plant.

The medical law states that "any plant making a usable form of MJ" is a flowering plant. But then it also says that leafs and stems are usable parts of the plant, so the laws are written stupid.
I am not a lawyer ( i just play one on the internet) but if it was me, i would consider it a vegging plant still as it will never make buds, and count it towards the 6 not the 3 allowed in flower.
