Thrips???

Just noticed that I have a infestation of thrips that literally happened overnight. I've ordered Spinosad spray, but was wondering; is a thrip infestation a death sentence? Can they fully recover? Decreased yield?

depends how bad the infestation is and how long its been there.

simple answer is they can cause both.

Thanks. I'll try and post some pics later. It doesn't seem to be a major infestation. About 30% of the leaves are
affected and I just noticed it today. Looked ok yesterday.
