Timing issue. Advice appreciated!

So lets say you have 4 plants. 3 are pretty much ready to harvest and 1 is a week or 2 behind. you have 1 tent and smell is an issue. all plants are the same autos but one was stunted.

Naturally youd want to harvest when the trichs are right but if you harvest the 3, how do you dry them when your grow tent is also your drying tent?

Anyone faced this issue and can advise?

You can force the runt to finish by pouring boiling water on the roots. Depending on how green it is, fading will take between 3 and 7 days after the boil.

Can you hang the 3 plants somewhere other than the tent? if minimally handled and processed, they don't smell much, if anything they smell like grass forward few days. They could dry ahead of the runt

I ended up garvesting at the same time. under a microscope the trycs were looking good. thanks for advice
