The one I was talking about was a book on amazon called TC Experiments with a lot of colour pics, that's all.

Hi guys, I'm an admitted nobody, but I've been in myco My whole life and since becoming a MMP, my goal has been ptc. So far, the basics, you need a ms media with sucrose (approx 30g) and agar (varies by gel strength) per liter. Also, for cannabis specifically, the multiplication media iscsupplemented with TDZ or thidiazuron and either GA3 gibberellic acid or naa. The rooting media is a half strength ms media with iba and naa. There's a chemical called PPM which is actually an herbicide but in miniscule doses works because?? Now these seem to be agreeable to all but the amounts are over my head. .5-4 um/L ? Isn't that the resistance of a syringe filter? Nonetheless, I have ppm, tdz, iba, naa, ga3 and ms coming. Agar, vessels, and glovebox/sterile environment I already have from mycology stuff. In a couple of weeks I should be ready to fail at it for the first time! I will post links to places to get necessary ingr., recipes, even how to build a flowhood. Im just beat. But in theory its kinda lke stem cell work in mammals, in that the parts of the plant you wish to use are the parts that 'haven't decided what they're gonna be yet' DISCLAIMER: I'm not a pro, in fact, I've never tried it. Only with boomers, and I'm not even that good at growing bud yet, it's jiust a fascination of mine. Hope I was able to bring something to the table, I want to learn this!!

I am very doubtful of this actually working, in order to clone a pot plant you need a growth node, with out the growth node it is not possible to grow new plant. I have seen many strange attempts. I have seen a leaf that was successfully cloned, it developed a root system., but it never grew beyond its leaf form. It lived for months but it never did anything.

I would like to be proven wrong because this sounds interesting and I would love to refresh a strain or 2.

I will say I am very skeptical

I think places like Dark Heart Nursery are doing it commercially for patients. May want to investigate a little further, but they my be.

I would imagine that their claims are fraudulent. A small time player like that developing a world beating technique that has been used on other commercial plants for decades... We as a group are VERY scientific and world beating bunch. If it is possible it would have been done already....

Whisky talking I will simmer down

Prove yourself right bud instead of waiting to be proven wrong.
There are hundreds of thousands of plants started as well as shipped like this every week worldwide, all you have to do is look outside of cannabis industries to see its true. In fact, I have some mj books that talk about it as well. Its not really new. Call any big nursery up and they will tell you as well. You can also call any department of horticulture at any university, they can tell you too. Little less whisky, little more research/ phone calls, maybe eh!

Would dry sift/ resin glands work as a culture?

Im about to take this s entirely different route.
could you then create a culture that contains 6-12 different strains of resin glands.
Creating a more complex cannabinoid profile?
Perhaps completely complete.
