to hot to hot

i'm growing in a 3 ft w,2 ft d ,4 ft h pre built in closed cabinet.two flos mounted one on each side a 1200 lum 6500k and a 1025 4500k 20ws and a 600w hps mounted on the in side top,with a inline fan and 265 cfm a squirrel cage blower with a carbon scrubber for oder.i am trying to veg flos are to slow so i put my hps on with the flos and my temp went up to 36c.is this to high and how do i get it lower should i turn off my flos.or what thank you for you reply ps my room tep is about 82f

82f is good for the room but you want to keep your water at 70-72f. Once your water gets hot then it stops holding oxygen. Roots slime up and the plant will die in a few days.
