Well my plant is now over 5 ft tall. I had to even get rid of all my others because of its size. ill be getting pics up soon. I was on vacation and im back now and they are starting to flower. I have some big bloom that i plan on using. This is my first grow. I dont know how much big bloom to use as my first dose. 1/2 a cup? And i also heard that cutting fan leaves that are covering the buds from the sun is a good idea but is it bad to do it during flowering. Well any help is sure appriciated and ill have pics when the sun comes up.

Bend the fan leaves and move shit around, but DON'T CUT THE FAN LEAVES OFF!! Removal of healthy leaves hacks up a healthy plant. Removing large fan or shade leaves DOES NOT make plants more productive. Plants need all their leaves to produce the maximum amount of chlorophyll and food. Removing leaves slows chlorophyll production, stresses the plant, and stunts it's growth. Remove only dead leaves or leaves that are more then 50 percent damaged.

Only use 2 tbls of Big Bloom per gallon of water. Since you've only got one plant you can start with 1 tbls of Big Bloom for the first feed and then up it to the recommended 2 tbls there after. When the light cycle dips to 12 or less hours per day, change to 1 tbls per gallon and continue this until harvest. You can view the feeding schedule here: FoxFarm Soil & Fertilizer Company

Hope you cut your own grass in your back yard. If not, I'd be concerned about a slash and grab come harvest time. They do look very healthy BTW.
