Too much water? Too little water?

Newbie here, I do a lot of outdoor gardening (tomatoes and shit) and had "wonder soil" laying around. The ingredient list seems like it'd be good (minus the slow release nutes).

Anyway, I just had this little girl sprout 3 days ago and she seems super sad and just doesn't seem to be growing. Day temp is steady at 77 and night is 69 at the lowest (humidity 40day 30night)

From everything I've read this looks like overwatering, but I haven't watered since I planted the germinated seed. :/

What do you more experienced growers think? Wonder soil is supposed to require 50% less watering than other soil which I guess would be what's fucking me (thanks a lot, water saving polymers)

At the same time, "Wonder Soil" is a coir based soil, so I don't know if maybe it needs more watering like people usually suggest for coir.
:wall:

Anyway here's a PDF about wonder soil if anyone is interested enough to care about what's in wonder soil:

There are drainage holes. I'm using some shitty Chinese led (~138w) plus a CFL I think it's 38w. Waiting for tastyled to restock.

I guess I'll add some dry soil on top to hopefully soak up some moisture unless there is another way to do it?

Oh also that was a day2 pic, hadn't really had time to snap one yet this morning, but here she is.

I didn't mean to! Plz don't take my baby from me! :-x

Anyway, thanks for the help guys. I dabbed the soil with a paper towel and wicked up a decent bit of moisture. I'll leave her alone now so I don't kill her with kindness.
