I use a small 2 x 3 x 5 cabinet to flower with 2 pcb led boards running at about 180watts now.
Also use a 2x4 tent to veg and try to to keep it perpetual but it never seems to go as planned.
so far my best harvest was 6 plants for a total of 360grams but the goal is to pull 600grams using less then 200watts.
3grams per watt seems impossible so I guess that's the appeal to me anyway. Always trying to push the limits of what's whatever it is I'm doing.
not trying to incite the drama and negativity here so I'll only say this once....I use the toplanet light routine to veg and only use 8/16 to flower.
