trainwreck leaves curling upwards and limping out?

As you can see in the picture the plant seems to be limping a bit and not holding its rigidity... and the leaves are curling upwards as well. Any ideas? Its under 400MH, DWC bucket.

What's your ppm and ph? What kind of feeding schedule? May be early signs of a lock out. You'll know if the leaves start to die and turn crispy.

Looks like heat problem to me. Generally a plant curls to conserve moisture so the leaves don't die.

PH is somewhere between 5.8 and 6.3, it is in hydro as well. Its in a deep water culture setup so the roots dip into the water as the airstone continues to aerate the water.

PPM was around 700....

Nutients include pure blend pro, liquid karma... I think there maybe one other nut that we use for veg but for the most part I believe thats it. It was a new trainwreck from seed so I dont even know its sex yet. Temp was prob in the high 70's so that cant be it. Its wierd though cause it has been doing what some of our other plants had been doing... slowly dying off 1 by 1. with our others they would look like this, then within 24 hours it would be completely wilted and dead. This one is surviving so far... were flushing it with just water, no nutes, so that may be why its helping. Any other thoughts?

Similar thing is happening to me. Temps, relative humidity, PH are all good, plants have no reason to be struggling. I water twice a week, once with Pure blend pro and liquid karma at maybe 70-80% of recommended strength.

My trainwreck is starting to do this as well. Mine is worse, though. The leaves on top are starting to get red edges and dry out a bit. I've clipped one of the dried leaves, raised my halogen bulb thinking that it was too much heat, transplanted thinking the soil was depleted, and tonight I moved my plant to a warmer area without the halogen. It's going to be much warmer where it is now, and it will only have a fluorescent aimed top-down. I'll let you know what happens, but my guess is that it won't survive.

I just realised how stupid I am!

Last time I fed my plants, I failed my maths and used twice as strong as recommended on the bottle.

That's what's going on, nute burn. What's strange is my blueberry is the only plant not being affected and it's supposed to be a sensitive strain...

halogen lights are absolutely useless for growing anything.. just because they are bright, doesn't mean the plant can use any of the light... their light spectrum is horrible..

That's why I had three four-foot fluorescents on it. The halogen was to keep the plant from freezing. I was growing in the basement where it gets really cold.

Heres another picture of another plant that had just taken a shit on me again... Within 24 hours it turns into this hidious thing.

starved it. EC of 1.4 is way too low for a plant that size it should be like 2.0
