im guessing its way to late, my plants around aboot a month into flowering, and i been wantin to make a aero system cause they look pretty fly, so think i should just stick the clones in it after its built? would they adjust to the change alright? cuase they started in jiffy pellets, or are the plants able to make the adjustment even this late into their grow

You're right- it's way too late. Transplanting a plant in flower sounds like a very good way to reduce yield.

Soils contain all manner of stuff you don't want in a recirculating hydro system, including pump-killing sand and grit.

If you want to do hydro, start your cuttings in a hydroponic friendly medium like rockwool cubes.
