im working with limited space(26" by 24") so im considering growing 6 plants in 8" by 11" pots and once i learn which are famale(hopefully 4) could i transplant them into bigger pots? would this be effective? can you not tell females apart from males untill its to late?

dude that is a huge spot. how many lights you thinking of having in there. at least a 1000 watt hps. you'll get at least 10 fatties in that space. good luck.

im using a 250 watt hps light but if i get more plants the pots will have to be smaller and the plants wont grow as high

i think that you need to get a bigger space then you have. once you hang you light you going to be out of space. And plants double to triple in size when budding. you going to bud them from the begging or what.

I transplanted 2 males & 2 females, (not sure which was which) until there was pollen blowin around my room. Yep, too late. It went to seed and did'nt propuce trichomes. I still got 4 oz. from the 2 females. Now, I know the Diff. Hey, I look at it good furtune in my mistake, I have a ton of seeds to start over again and again. I have 4 White Widows germinating now.

if your talking inches, those pots are WAY too big. Use small pots so the plant grows as big as the pot allows it. Otherwise your going to be topping it often. I have a 24 inch box and I use 4x6 inch pots
