Whats been up brotha!?? So you kick that pineapple to the side lol?? I've been more partial to indicas so far but I still need to do some more sampling of different strain to find out for sure. Good question lol!!

What have you been growing lately? Still scrogging 1-2 strains at a time? I'm gonna roll with 2, 5 gallon vanilla kushes here soon but its funny you metioned that chemdog. I was eying that the other night on attitude, is the greenhouse chemdawg a legit strain to try I wonder?

I'm really looking for something that will pack on the weight and responds well to topping/scrogging or steaking for massive yields. Of course I want good bud quality but I'm looking for yield as the main factor this time around. Any more suggestions?? That pineapple was a pretty solid yielder with your skillz behind it from what I remember!!
ooo yea the PE is still in my garden as one of my faves, have a mother of my original cut, about 2 years old now (multiple diff mothers tho). Best yield and smoke performance I've found, and she grows like an indica for the most part but offers a sativa leaning high, what more could you ask for as a grower? haha

I am actually growing a VK right now I intend to make a mother...actually I've gone strain crazy...right now vegging I've got Northern Lights x Skunk, Pure Power Plant, Sour Kush, Pineapple Express, Vanilla Kush, Blackwater (4 regs, will be breeding), OGiesel (2 regs, hope to breed), and a single reg Maui Wowie bag seed I'm praying is female. I currently am flowering the PE, NLxS, PPP, and SK but I didn't use a screen due to moving so it was kinda a mess. I also had some temp issues in my root zone which affected P/K uptake which caused me some serious problems. I am about to harvest this mess and I will be making a couple of screens for next round with PVC and solid core white wire.

As far as yields indicas almost always outpace sativas. My best yielder was my World of Seeds - Afgan Kush Special, a 100% inbred land race indica. I had 5 plants of that yield me over 22 oz cramed into a tiny space. The rest of the space was 4 pes which yielded about 12 oz for comparison. 34 oz total under 1600watts, about 20 sq ft of canopy scrog. So as for weight, I'd stick to indica dominant, hell the VK should be a good choice yield wise, it's heavy indica.

Sounds like u have your hands full lol. I kind of went a little crazy for the amount of space I have to. I figured this round I'll just take clones from each and go from there. I just starting vegging my 2 vk's under the 250. My original plan was to just veg those along side my autos as they finished then fill a 2x3 screen with them and try to squeeze 10-12oz's out of 6 sq feet. Then I picked up an og kush 18 clone and 2 blackberrys lol. So I have indica and sativas for this round. everything will have to stay in 2 gallons but I was still thinking of doing a screen. What do u think? I'd like to see how u build your screen too, try and stay away from chicken wire this time lol.

Nice, yeah I know what u mean about just ending up with unplanned strains lol...last nite I popped a Blue Mystic I now have to figure out what to do with... As for the screen I designed a prototype with my buddy during one very high home depot trip. We are using 1/2" PVC for the legs and top square frame. We found elbows that were 2 way, and had the proper 3rd hole but it was a screw in. So we found some other fitting that fit that and accepted 1/2" on the other end. Then to make it have some weight and keep it grounded when the plants push, we got 4" PVC collars and used them as footings...stuck the legs in and filled em with cement. The last step is the screening and needs to be completed still. We baught 500' of solid core white wire and were gonna hand weave it. Lots of holes to drill, and hopefully the PVC is stiff enough but we will find out. Our top square for this perticular design is 4'6" x 4'6" but you could adjust it accordingly! We plan to use 2" or 3" holes in our screen weaving. I'll let u know how it pans out in a few days here.

For sure, I'll sub-up to that one... I have a pretty bushy blue widow in a waterfarm that I just put into flowering today, I had vegged it for about six wks so it's pretty big. I also have maybe a half dozen Querkle clones and two Qleaner phenos that I have a few clones of each. I also crossed that Querkle with a male Space Bomb and I got a few of those beans germing atm... things are good :bigjoint:

Sounds like you've been busy :) How is that waterfarm working out for you so far? I've been seeing those around a lot lately, figured there must be a reason for it lol. I can't wait to cross and germ my own seeds lol, that has to be a pretty cool experiment!!

Yeah, waterfarms are great. I have two but one is in hiatus hah... I'm not a dedicated hydro guy, so right now I wouldn't want to build my own system (although if I did it would be an ebb and flow system) so a waterfarm is perfect, and they're cheap as well. Got mine for 40 each...

Thats not bad! Whats the idea behind them? I was looking into doing a little dwc in with my soil girls this round but I think I'm out of room lol... My ultimate goal is to setup a flood and drain and Get an SOG type grow going with a couple moms and the whole 9. I'm strapped on room right now though and it would be really tricky! Anyway back to the waterfarm, whats the concept behind it? So you use a pump and airstones?

Alright, got some feedback on the screen design, buddy says stay far far from solid core wire. Not only did 500ft cost $45 but it's just a mess to try and work with. Too rigid I would say, hard to get strait lines. Lol will continue to update when a solution is found.

Thanks bro, I'm still a ways out from putting the screen up so keep me posted :) Plus rep when I can!!
