Trellis net setup

I built a 3x3 grow box and I wanna set up a trellis net. Since it’s not a tent, I have to set it up beforehand because of the limited mobility I have. my final pot is gonna be 3gal fabric pots and the strain is zkittlez. I was wondering how high above the pots do I have to put the netting at? Thank you

all depends on how big the plants will get lol. There is no set answer.
I should’ve mentioned it but I have the same strain growing now and there about 6 weeks into flower in 2 gallon pots. I didnt top nor lst them. They’re about 3ft tall. So with my next grow I wanted to use a 3gal pot, top and train them with a net. Thanks for the reply

The net needs to be high enough above the pots that you have enough room to get in there and water.

If you flower in 3 gallon fabric pots you will be watering a lot, and reaching to the back row of the tent/box can be an issue. Make sure you have enough space!

3x3, you could do portable scrog nets that are 1.5x3ft, the pvc side handles that hold the net.. can be cut to length (8inch, 13inch above soil line). Then you can take and rotate.. i have a 5.5ftx3.5ft room ( no tent). Mine are 2ftx2.5ft with 12inch above. Depends on strain. You could build double trellis.

with the grow I have now, I didn’t use a trellis and as the buds started to fill they began to start hanging so I had to yo-yo them which is harder to do IMO. i wanna set up a trellis so it won’t be as hard in the long run. Thanks for the reply tho
