you literally just said this was all fake and nothing will happen.

do you lawyer up for fake nothingness?

Even Trump said on Twitter today "my non dealings" referring to Russia, what ever that means?

Did you catch Crisco christie's quinnipiac poll out today?

Who is to pardon him?
The president can. Read the friggin constitution. It is very clear. The president can pardon anyone.

The president can even pardon himself. Clear.

This will be a political issue, not a legal one. There are two ways to remove him, but both require political backbone. None exists.

Lol, it clearly states it cannot be used to effect an impeachment. If this was the case Nixon surely wouldn't have resigned, right?
That's why it is a political process. Impeachment and the 25th amendment are the only ways to effectively remove him.

But legally he can give himself a pardon and no federal court can touch him or anyone else he pardons. States could prosecute him, but can't use federal law, which is what he is trampling.

And Nixon faced a much more rational congress. They would have voted in the senate to remove him. It was clear to him, and he had the carrot of ford giving him a pardon. It was all pre-arranged.

Trump would fight. And the republicans will cave. No removal vote, and no indictment in the house. Non issue for him. Or any despot.

There are limitations to executive powers, that what makes it a democracy, derp.
Thug Trump will die incarcerated, broke, and senile.

impeachment can remove him from office. IF there is political will. But the senate is in solid R control, and getting to 2/3'rds isn't going to happen. Heck, getting a majority in the house isn't going to happen.

Hell, getting ryan even to allow articles of impeachment even coming to a vote isn't going to happen.

Forget impeachment. It isn't realistic. Forget the 25th, they will never get a majority of the cabinet to sign off either.

He is a pile of stinking shit in your dinner, and he will be there until he either loses in 2020 or leaves office naturally, You get what you elect.

There is no cavalry on our side. If they come over the hill, they are aiming at us.

Oh, and you can't put a pardoned person on trial. They aren't guilty by definition of law.

I'm worried about what he is doing now, the laws he is flagrently breaking, and the harm this traitor will do to us both short and long term.

He is a disaster of nucular proportions and thyere is nothing we can do until the next (2018 ) elections.

We have to throw r's out. Period. Don't worry if they are the "right" d. any will do. Just vote.

YOU are responsible for this mess. Own it.

jjust wait until a few more shoes drop and he's hovering about 27% approval. Rs will turn when they have no other choice in the face of overwhelming evidence.
