Trump screws Cuba, again

Trump yesterday scraped a good portion of Obama's agreements with Cuba, saying it was a "bad deal for America"
I hope you had a chance to visit Cuba recently or buy a cigar, because the bans are back.
No longer will Americans be allowed to travel to Cuba and most trade barriers will be restored

What is up with this guy? He seems to have spent most, if not all of his time eliminating anything that Obama had accomplished in his 8 years in office, from the EPA to education, and beyond. Ah fuck it, let's just find anything Obama did and trash it.
That's what it seems like to me.

Just when we had started a dialogue with Cuba after 60 years of trying to kill Castro, and essentially trying to starve the island into submission, now we are back to square one.

He cites the Communist "oppressive government", which by the way, has one of the best health care and educational systems in the world (they kick our ass) as his main reason, meanwhile our largest trading party is Communist China, which when talking about oppressive governments is on a level of it's own (Tiananmen Square, any one)

The guy is a pig, and too bad that fat fuck doesn't (didn't) play baseball.

The sanctions are back because he doesn't want Americans to see what well run healthcare or education systems look like.

Indeed, I find the right wing's sudden infatuation with authoritarian regimes around the world to be highly suspect.

Is this a plan for softening up the base to the idea of authoritarianism here?

America is not the country it once was and those who most fervently wrap themselves in the flag are, as usual, the biggest threat to our freedoms collectively and as individuals.

There is nothing about Cuba that compares to the US. They are a tiny island, we are a huge nation. How can you honestly imagine anything they do that would actually work here?

Yea , that's right. How can a tiny, impoverished island nation 90 miles from our coast, outperform the most powerful and richest nation on the planet earth, in the longevity of it's citizens, and beat that nation also in it's educational system.
It's mind boggling.
Maybe that's the reason we embargo the shit out of them.
We are jealous.

You are looking at it the wrong way. Every single thing Trump has done in foreign policy is easily understood. Just ask yourself "what would Vlad Putin want?"
