tubberware drainage issue

so I've come across the problem that whenever I water my plants all the water drains into the bottom of the Tupperware container and just sits . , will it be okay to just let it evaporate naturally or do you think this will cause too much of a humidity problem and yes I need a humidity monitor on the list but while I'm building this do you think it would be a good idea to just go ahead and attach a drain hose out of the bottom

I would come up with a way to get rid of it, it is not helping anything for sure and could have negative effects in the future.

Devise a small sump to collect and empty, I am more than sure you can make that happen. A clean grow room is a functional grow room.
