Twins

Pollinated unknown female with purps male. Got seeds. Now, seed is very hard to germinate (maybe 1-2 out of 15 seeds). Even stranger, about 50% of germinated seeds produce plants that are twins (two plants from one seed). Never heard of it and confused – wtf is going here. Explanations and opinions very welcome.

did you let the seeds mature on the plant? did you dry them well?
poor germination can usually be explained by immature seeds or poor humidity/temperature.

as for the 2 for 1 thing. I've heard of it before but have no clue why this would be more prominant.

Right now I have 7 plants in veg and 1 is a twin I've never seen 1 before and will be interested to see what responses you get . I'm thinking of topping both and see if I get 8 big colas.
