A quick update on my Dark Plasma from Ocean grown Seeds

My 12 phenos are at 4 weeks and have just been topped for an early clone and to stimulate branching. None showing sex quite yet, so starting to slowly slide down toward 12/12 to try and speed them up.



Got some nice branching starting on some of the better ones - hopefully they're my ladies. So far I've picked out #1,#7,#9, and #12 for their structure or smell, so fingers crossed.



Really need to speed up veg and get these guys ready for flip so I've thrown the Blumats in and bumped the lighting up a bit with a few extra SMD bars. Here's a pic of the 3mm Quick release valves for the Blumats. They are not cheap, but they do really make the Blumat system so much more versatile.

Thanks brother! Your photos are always on point... definitely inspired me to up my game a bit! I'm actually a photog/videog too, so I really have no excuse other than laziness lol.

Blumats are not currently in use - still in the process of setting things up at the new place. I'm sure they would not work at all well with straight perlite, but in my peat/perlite mix they do just fine. I've read of folks having issues with them in coco with perlite, but peat holds water longer than coco and is somewhat less porous I believe, so they work ok. Cheers dude

Quick Photo update on the Jawa Pie. They seem to be ticking along nicely so far despite the lack of attention.

Lol it's one of those things... Turning your passion into your job often leads to losing just a tiny bit of that passion... or something like that. Actually I just got home from a 13hr day of shooting and I've got 11 more to go on this project. I'm not sure I'm even gonna get time to water my plants in the next days. Gotta get my Blumats plugged back in to make my life easier, but I haven't been home during lights on at all today to do it. Oh yeah I forgot to say I flipped the plasma the other day. Shit is gonna get hectic.

Flipped em huh, bring it on! small yielder but amazing smoke seems to be the norm with the plasma so far i think? they look so nice! yesssir im all about automation, couldt do it otherwise!

Yeah you're totally right brother - I really don't have too much to complain about in the grand scheme of things.

Yep I flipped those greasy gals last week - it got a little complicated cos I was moving house and they were being fostered at my buddy's place until I loved in completely... some got flipped a few days before the others, and those ones actually were accidentally exposed to Far Red 730nm 24/7 for a couple of days while I was getting set up. Suffice to say I have 5 huge stretchy females in the tent and 4 that are a few days behind (as yet unsexed) and literally half the size of the Far Red stretch monsters lol. Oh well, at least I'm all moved in now and actually have some time today to garden! Pics to follow.

Yep the DP looks like straight headstash - I'm getting all engine oil scents from most of them at this stage. Number 10 has been a remarkable plant for some time now, so high hopes for her - she has been nicknamed "The Beast" pheno on account of the size of her Fan leaves.

Automation is indeed my main task for today - gotta get the Blumats in before it's too late! Cheers dude

I took these (terrible) pics about a week ago, but didn't have any internet to upload them...

Here are 8 Dark Plasma in their "holding pen" awaiting their new home in the tent. They were way too big for this little closet and I accidentally left my Far Reds on 24/7 for a while, so they have become stretch monsters since these were taken ahaha. Thankfully these 8 have finally shown sex, so I have been able to dump 3, leaving 5 girls.

Ok so here's a few pics of the Ocean grown Dark Plasma end of week 1 flower. So far I have 5 young ladies, and one more suspected female from the remaining 4. I'm getting crazy engine oil scents off all of them right now.

I finally had time to install the Tent this week, so the girls have got some space to grow in to. I accidentally left my Far Reds on 24hr for the first few days of flower, so those 5 confirmed girls got mega stretchy in just a couple of days.

i ordered some zombie kush lastnight after listening to Remo on the GrowTube. Its Lavander Kush x Amnesia - It looks stunning and ol Remo really rates it n hes tried a fair few!!

SUP brother!

This is 4x8 - I've only run it once (at a buddy's place) and it was far from optimum - was too impatient to veg for long enough to fill it haha. Right now I'm only using half, but I have a bunch of clones to fill the other half... just need some time to transport them over from my buddy's. Seeing your 4x8 rocking has defs inspired me dude.

Next time I come to UK I'm bringing a pack of OG beans for you man - it's not likely to be soon, but one day!

I like Remo, but I've never liked the smell of actual lavender... so if it smells like actual lavender then count me out lol

...although I just noticed you wrote Lavander not Lavender. I'm confused

It is lavender - i just cant spell! Yeah Remo is pretty cool, i wasnt sure at first! He has vids of that strain at the mo, its in his garden
