Two week old seedlings in coco (first grow)

First grow, lots of things to learn and figure out.

These are purple kush seedlings in 60/40 Canna coco/perlite, inside a Sunblaster nanodome with an 18" T5 (17watts). For the first 10 days, they only received distilled water ( ph 5.8 ) On day 10, they got their first feeding with Canna Start and Rhizo, 4ml/liter each (total EC 0.8 as indicated by my Bluelab truncheon). Today is day 15 and I figured I water/feed again, but I'm not sure if it's too early. A fully dry cup weighs 90grams. Right after they were watered to 10% drain on day 10, the cup weight was 300grams. Right now the cup weighs 230grams, so I believe it's not time yet... Do they look ok for 15 day old seedlings? I don't think I'll use the 17watt T5 next time, I see more stretch than I'd like. Comments & criticism welcome, I'm here to learn.

i see no stretch. I think its too early to feed seedlings but yours look great.
in a dry cup of your soil -feel it in the cup, recall the feel of a dry dirt cup, add one fourth(of the soil volume) of water to the soil. feel the weight, tip it over even, lift it up. now dont feed water until it feels light again, and only one fourth of the soil volume/or run off begins.

It's not too early to feed when in coco. The coco should be charged with 1/4 strength nutes (some people use cal/mag), and fed from the very beginning at 1/4 strength. You are not growing in soil - coco is hydroponics and should not be treated like soil. Do not let the coco dry out, ever. Daily feeding adds fresh nutes and pulls in fresh oxygen. I feed daily from about the 3rd day from sprout. Attached is a pic of two week old plants2 weeks.JPG in coco.

Nice.

Is it not true that seeds contain all necessary nutrients for the first 7~10 days? When you feed every day, do you do it until it drains? As it is my first time, over watering is my biggest fear.

I have never waited 7-10 days to feed. Always feed until run off, or you won't be replenishing the nutes and oxygen. If your coco is not supplemented with perlite you can over water until the roots are established. I use a 50/50 coco/perlite mix in my 1ltr propagation containers and 70/30 in the larger 9ltr containers.

Ok, so with my 60/40 coco/perlite, I can feed to run off, every day without worry? Does this apply to this stage only, or is it the same once I go to my 9gallon smartpots in my 5x5 tent and a 600 watt COB LED light?

You can feed to run off provided you have plenty of drainage holes in the bottom of those cups. You always feed to run off - in flower I feed twice a day. I would not transplant from a solo cup to a 9 gallon smartpot, use a middle size first. You will have an over watering problem if you put that small of a plant in that large of a container. In fact I wouldn't use anything as large as 9 gallon at all - I grow plants that produce 8 oz. with a 5 week veg. in 9 ltr container.(that's less than 3 gal.).

I have enough 3 gal. and 7 gal. smart pots as well. Can I go from solo to the 3 gal? Or is that still too much of a jump? I was planning to do an 8 week veg.

Personally I would do something around 1 gallon. Before I used air-pots I started in solos, then to an 80 oz. bucket, and finally into a 2 gallon bucket. 2 weeks in the solo, 2 weeks in the 80 oz., one week in the two gallon - then flower.

Sounds exactly right. This is solid advice.

The advice is much appreciated. Right now, my issue I think is light. The 17watt T5 over my dome is just not enough to allow me to water every day. Is that possible?
