Yeps my girlfriend made some tea with some leafs yesterday and in about an hour she said she was feeling allreet man.
You have to go English style so we simmered the milk. Fat soluble so milks a must for potency.

you should invest in a hps system. your buds would probably be denser. are you space constricted?

get a sealed and vented reflector like this one, http://www.bestgrowlights.com/site/403863/product/SSI904300 . that about the cheapest, good quality one i could find. and add a foot to that cabinet, or may i suggest a different cabinet and vent that light and it will be perfect. 250w hps sounds about right for that space
