Uk Grower questions

Hi hi hi y'all..

I want to grow big.. but i have a few questions.. please answer those you can be bothered to! They are not basic questions otherwise i wouldnt have posted.

1 - Generally which is easier to grow in a room or a tent? I was thinking tent because its easier to control the environment etc?

2- Im in the uk and i have been warned by a close associate of mine that hps lights suck up a lot of electricity and therefore money.. This is my biggest fear as I was hoping to have about 1200w at least on my next grow. Can anybody giv me an idea how much they pay in the uk for their setup?

3 - basically what setup do i need for about 2000g of medicine? preferably cheese / haze or the most potent strain that still has quite a high yield? Can this be achieved in tents? (im not an experienced grower but i only have 1 chance to do it properly)

4 - If i dont already have a grow is it best to start with a small tent and then expand or start out big in the first place.

well i have a tent .. im a uk grower.. and they are good and bad.. good that when zipped up less chance of bugs n shit like that. .bad side they do get hot. i have a 1.2m 1,2m 2meter high tent i use a 600 watt in a cool hood with a 4 inch fan on it a 6 inch intake a 4 inch intake and a 6 inch extractor.... and my temps run at any where between 25 an 29. and when we had that heat wave ... a sickly 36 oc . so if u can do it in a room id say that for ul have more vent.... as for yeilding that amount.. i got 5 plants my first time and im hoping 4 50 to 75 grms per plant . so if i get the higher amount then 5 plants =375 grms 20 plants 1500grm. ..

so basically if i have 4 of your tents in a cycle in different stages i could get my target yield over the full period? sounds expensive though

dont your crop get affected by the high temps in the tent? I got a friend whos got a 400 in a tent the size of yours he seems to be ok with the temps and he doesnt have a cooled hood.. hmm

#4. Yes. Start small. One tent. A few plants. Nothing expensive like the last clone of the best weed ever. Some decent seed or free/cheap clones. Use that grow to dial in your environment, make tweaks. Don't worry about perfect plants, worry about keeping them alive, seeing problems and researching and diagnosing those problems and find and implement the right solutions.

Dumping the coin to set up a 2kg harvest is going to require (under optimal conditions) close to 3000 watts of light. That could be 3 1k tents or one 3k room. And it's going to take A LOT to vent, cool and maintain an operation that size. Unless you have someone super experienced on hand to help you I would highly suggest that you start small, learn and expand.

growing cheese and skunkberry..... and its my 1st time so i may need to tweak a few things still.. but the main thing 4 me is getting my own and not having 2 get ripped off paying silly prices 4 pathetic amounts... 2 weeks to go and wooohooo time'!

well ive started my first grow i got 8x8x8 feet space im using 4x 600w hps i have 4 inch intake wich is coming from a air con pushing 16c degrees air in and i got a 6 inch extract i have 4 12" fans moving the air inside. the temp in the area is around 30c but l i supplement with co2 (i have 8 x 2l bottles yeast fermentation going) and all 33 plants r doing remarkably good in the next few days im turning them to 12/12 since they r hitting 2 feet
