I wouldn't expect huge returns since you switched to flower so early but you can still end up with some tasty homegrown buds. keep the lights as close as possible without burning... around 3-4" depending on your air flow and ventilation- that'll be one of your biggest factors in how well they produce. good luck, keep it updated!

4? lights I see... remove each lights metal reflector and throw in a socket ("Y") splitter on each. now you have 8 lights.

cfl gets light down to your plants from the side or an angle the best anyhow, not the bottom of the bulb.
