Unknown mold/rotting

I was wondering if anyone has encountered anything like this? it was randomly on a couple branches on a single plant, causing the infected branches to die. Could it be were a leaf was plucked improperly causing the stalk to peel and rot or is something else causing this? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Could be worms, could be some type of damping off like pathogen.

It's a mold or a fungus, get some " Mycostop Biofungicide " and take a small paint brush and wet the stems and water it in. When you water make sure nothing splashes up on the plant. It's too late to spray the plant but next grow use this at the start.
