Unpredictable, more independent Senate could hold up government's pot bill

Not arguing your point, but he/they can't circumvent the process. If it doesn't pass in the senate, it's done....it remains as illegal today as yesterday...the process has to start again.....
I hear what you're saying, but I don't think it will be an issue. The senate is still hurting from the whole Duffy expose and are trying to stay out of the spotlight. Stopping a bill that has wide public support would just bring more calls to get rid of the senate altogether. What benefit would there be to blocking a majority government bill that has the support of the majority of citizens...won't earn them any brownie points and they may just work themselves out of a job.

Hi gain,

Who says it wasn't already calculated?

OKay, lets assume Cannabis would be as illegal as yesterday if the bill dies. Some facts remain, for example these 10 CDSA changes performed by Trudeau (and still counting!...), bill or no bill:

Controlled Drugs and Substances Act

2016

  2. From 2016-11-28 to 2016-11-29
  3. From 2016-10-31 to 2016-11-27
  4. From 2016-02-09 to 2016-10-30
  5. From 2016-02-05 to 2016-02-08
  6. From 2016-01-13 to 2016-02-04

2017
  1. From 2017-05-18 to 2017-10-25
  2. From 2017-05-05 to 2017-05-17
  3. From 2017-05-04 to 2017-05-04
  4. From 2017-02-22 to 2017-05-03

What's the fuss all been about if we're supposed to wait for some "Cannabis Act" which i don't think was even required nor desirable?

Anyone can analyze those manipulations and interpret them in pro-cannabic terms? I don't think so!... All i know is that it wasn't mass-media which informed me about it anyway.

Then why pretend that "Légalization" is what mass-media and government attempt to push with their obvious/obnoxious public-funded propaganda?!... Why brain-wash vulnerable clueless voters if it's all so "transparent"??

o_O

Lets remind the reader that cannabis remains on the schedule and Trudeau still sticks to his position severely criticized at UNGASS 2016, despite a most significative evolution at the UN and WHO since then...

So, IMO what people keep calling legalisation under Trudeau is nothing but more:

V I L I F I C A T I O N

Good day, have fun!! :peace:

^^I was reading through #1 in 2017 and found this part interesting:

Drug treatment court program
(4) A court sentencing a person who is convicted of an offence under this Part may delay sentencing to enable the offender

  • (a) to participate in a drug treatment court program approved by the Attorney General; or

  • (b) to attend a treatment program under subsection 720(2) of the criminal code.

So does this mean instead of taking a jail sentence you can opt for treatment? This way the government gets their statistics on the dangers of cannabis?

I could have sooo much fun in a cannabis 'treatment program' lol Hopefully it's right next door to the caffeine treatment program and within walking distance of the sugar/fast food treatment facility. Those energy drinks, pop and candies and big macs are a serious health risk to the children.

Take. Those. Fuckers. Down.

On a side note it seems like L. Ron Hubbard's quote about getting rich by starting a religion is a bit off base in the 20Teens. You have to start a "movement"; like how carbon credits are the end result of the religion of global warming*, but certain people will get really wealthy. Like if you started bitcoin and owned the first 10M credits.

Anything green sells now. No one checks anything so fake stuff, ideas, religion, wares, sells easily. The world has a lot of people who prefer to remain uneducated procuring the goods. Fuck, no one "likes" or "wants" to pollute, most everyone is against pollution, but this carbon scheme is something else, eh.

The marijuana "movement", the "meme" the ideas and context need to be kept out of the hands of these saboteurs who have embraced legalization as the dictatorship they wish to impose. They don't even have 1/10 the imagination and craft skills of our local growers. It shows in how they wish to impose their tyranny on the masses. May God forgive them all if they "know not what they do"...or maybe Allah can skull fuck them if they actually "know what they do".

Anyways, weirdo Karl out...
