UP S××T CREAK WITHOUT A PADDLE!!

I have had the worst week ever , I finally sorted out my next grow in my 2x2 ' love my 2x2 ' anyway , I purchased a 5" cool tube that was perfectly sized for the tent I then purchased a sunmaster 600 digital ballast with a 250watt mh sun master bulb for veg and a 400watt solar max for flower.
I set the whole thing up with gse speed controller to control climate ' I made a flood tray so I don't have to move any of the plants in the confined space
I've even got a water pump extracting the runoff from the over spill beneath the flood tray ' works great!! Until this morning when all of a sudden the electric trips in my house?? I go to inspect the problem and I find no problem with the electrics ' so I began trouble shooting the issue.
First I checked the light fixture, then I checked the bulb. Bulb was blown so exchanged for another and another and another but still nothing and it still keeps tripping my electric but without firing up the bulb?

Anyway I contacted the seller and I should be getting a replacement but this doesn't help me with my problem I have now because I have to run a 600watt has duel spec in the 2x2x5.5 tent with a 5" rvk 240cfm hooked up to the cooltube and it's managing to keep temp in the tent to 25c with the tent zipped up and running passive through the vent flaps at the bottom of the tent. My question if anyone is still awake and reading this is ' if I can control the temp's will this be OK for the whole grow? Will I get light bleaching in a small space like this?
My plants are 16 days from sprout in 6litre square pots and look like they love it in there lol
Its very cold where I live and a lot of breeze all the time what helps with temp I'm sure.

It's do' able you'll have some problems, I know I did, light bleaching was the main one for me, I did manage 10 oz off 1 plant but that's all I did in that tent I use it as a clone only tent now.

I made a school boy error and invested my hopes in the dimmable ballast with a veg bulb and separate flower bulb , soon as my veg bulb blew I had no choice but to run with the 600 magnetic until the company I bought the ballast from sends me a new one' wich as I type this post I had a message from hydrofarms stating that another ballast is on the way to me Thursday , I'm so happy all there is to do is buy a nother 400 duel spec bulb and put all the wurry behind me lol.
Question : I noticed this morning that my plants that are 2 weeks old have roots poking out the bottom of the pots? Thay were transplanted from rock wool cubes into 6litre pots once the tap root poked out the bottom 'now 1week later same thing is happening but the plants are only 4inch tall with only there 4th set of leave's? Should I transplant into 3gal pots?

I wouldn't transplant just because roots are showing out the bottom of the pot, im sure this just means theyre searching for water, I could be wrong,
It's possible because I'm trying to figure out how much and when to feed my girls in coco/perlite with gh nutes
I've been feeding them every day to 20% runoff and ph looks fine 5.8 in 5.8 to 5.9 out

Take a ride on the Reading Railroad... "Old Monopoly joke..." Just making a comment to rest your worries. What you're experiencing now is parental, time, and money anxiety concerning your grow. Consider you are in a learning stage so you can "expect" learning problems to pop up every time you turn a new corner. Most changes you make have the effect/cure your looking for, but may also bring in new problems... The long period from beginning to finishing your dried bud can seem like forever... It's a marathon so enjoy the run.

Have fun...

How tall is the tent? As long add you can keep temps under 80F and keep the tube 16" away, you should be fine. Train, train, train. Heat might be an issue as they get bigger.

Got the temps under control now 'down to 25c constant , switching bulbs and running 400watt duel spectrum seems to be where it's at in my tent ' plants have grown 1" over night and the width has expanded the same.

What is a good watering scedual for 6l pots filled with coco/perlite under almost perfect conditions ,
TEMPS : 76f / 79f lights off 68f / 71f
HUMIDITY : 55%
6litre pots with a canna coco&perlite mix of 70%/30%

So far I started watering with seaweed tonic , formulex & rhizotonic for a EC of 0.7. Week 2/3 started feeding gh flora 3 part & green fuse grow for a EC of 0.8 to 1.0 with a PH of 5.8 to 6.0
My runn off is almost the same as what's going in ' ph rises slightly 0.2 & EC as low as 0.7 from 1.0.
I'm watering/feeding at every watering wich is 500ml per plant every day for a 20% runoff
Is this OK or am I doing something wrong? I forgot to mention that I using tap water with a EC of 0.5 ppm 240
And advice would be cool

Is watering daily at this point necessary for you? You really should let the coco dry out some before watering again. The oxygenation of the medium as it dries helps promote faster/healthier growth and more pronounced root balls, which in turn will lead to faster water/nutrient uptake.

Being only 1.5 gallon pots, I could see maybe once deep into bloom, after the roots have really spread and wrapped you medium, you maaaay need to feed daily but unless your coco is drying, I wouldn't water daily at this point.
