URGENT - Droopy leaves NOT from overwatering...Urgent

Okay my plants have NEVER displayed this before until this morning. They are on their 29th day of Vegging and are being put into flowering mode tomorrow, hopefully..

However today when I went to look at my plants, the one looks not that bad but the second one's lower leaves are extremely droopy. The upper ones are not as much but the lower ones have all but fallen into the plant stem, they're that droopy.

I do not overwater. I wait until the soil is COMPLETELY dry before even thinking about watering them, and the soil right now (from their watering 4 daysa go now) is still just the tiniest bit moist (They'll probably need wartering tonight sometime).

What's going on? I've never had this before until this point.. I know I am not overwatering.

Here is a picture of the plants: It's specifically the right plant (in the picture where there are two plants). Also, I am using 3.65L (3.85G) 8" pots and pH is exactly balanced to 6.5. Everything has been like this since day 1 of vegging, and has been fine since until this morning. Maybe I'm just jumping the gun?

Also, I've got a fan blowing on them, has been since day 1 as well. The room temperature is always consistently around 70-75.

EDIT: Also, I am not sure they could be "pot bound". The left one (the healthier looking one) is larger than the right one (the drooping one). Logically to me it doesn't make sense for the larger and more healthy plant, which would logically have larger and healthier roots/better root system to not display any of the symptoms that the smaller plant in the exact same conditions does.. But again, I'm a newbie to growing so what do I know.

It could be underwatering. As the plant is growing it will need more water. Try completely soaking the pot until it can hold no more water. Make sure it drains well though, should perk the plant up within a few hours.

Are you sure I should water it? I watered it 4 days ago but the soil is still a bit damp 2 inches down. It's REALLY drooping right now. The larger one is still fine...

I don't want to make it really bad by watering it if the soil is still a bit damp..

I need some help fast. The plant is really beginning to droop bad now.

Are u sure there is adequate drainage in ur pots? Shouldnt really be damp after 4 days. Do you have soil/perlite mix with pebbles or stones in the bottom? If u've only used soil then its probably holding water and u may ave root rot or the roots are just starved of oxygen as they are sat in water. Think about transplanting if u think the drainage is an issue.

I have about 6 holes in the bottom of each pot that I drilled in, and about another 7 or 8 around the bottom-side's of each pot. There is 2 cups of Perlite mixed into each pot... It's funny, if you look at the pictures you can even tell.. This pot is the one that had more Perlite mixed in, although I think a lot has come up to the top. There still are bits of Perlite in the bottom though as I can see them through the holes. When I pour the water into the soil, it takes approximately 10 seconds or so for the water to start leaking out of the bottom and it pours out.

It's really drooping now.. I'm desperate now. I guess later on I'll repot it into a larger pot and maybe see if that's the issue.. But I really doubt it. I think she's dead maybe.

ive got the exact problem with my plant, the bottom fan leaves are drooping big time... not a watering issue, not root bound its in a 15 litre pot.. what i suspect is a ph problem, which ive heard might be a cause on a different thread.

pics as follow, sorry to jack your thread, but it seems we have the same dilema.

everything was fine until a few days ago, but as ive been at work all week i havent had the time to check her out throughly....

any advice appreciated..

I just noticed that the leaves that are drooping terribly have purple-ish stems and are very soft to the touch. The other stems on the plant that are strong and grow upwards are green in colour and are relatively hard to the touch (not dry).

I gotta agree, I just recently lost a seedling due to underwatering. It was drooping, and I did not know what to do. It died shortly after. It was extremly dry.

Did you check your ph from different sources? I would check your pH of your medium, pH of your nutrients, and pH of your water. I had a pH problem with my white widows because it was slightly sensitive to nutrient solutions that were closer to 6.0. I ended up flushing then recalaculating my nutrient solution and everything is coming along fine eventhough it takes longer to fix in soil than in hydro.

Toronto Tap water, left overnight for 24 hours. I have only fed them about 4 times total in their lifetime, about week or so between feedings. Each feeding is @ 1/4 strength. One time there was ONE leaf on each plant that displayed typical nute burn and I have not since fed them with anything but pure water. pH is balanced @ 6.5 exactly and I only water when the plants need it.
