||Urgent|| Seedlings started. ~~Questions~~

I now have my seedlings started in red dixie cups. No drain holes, lightly lightly watered then seed is placed in then a nice mist on the top.

It is a stable 60 degrees in my room. inside the little grow is the cfl warm white 20watt for 2 seedlings.

This set up should be good for the 3 weeks until transplant right? Just mist them and water them or just water or just mist?

Why no drain holes? Warmer would be better. Put some baggies over them for humidity until they sprout well. You will want bright daylight (6500k) bulbs and 20 may not be enough for three weeks.

For now, keep the top of the soil moist. Once they sprout, you will need to water when the soil gets dry. I like to use how much it separates from the outside of the cups as a gauge.

Don't hold yourself to three weeks. Watch your plants and they will let you know. Plus you can keep an eye on the roots to see when they start filling up arpund the bottom and sides.
